Springstone's Perfect Chemistry is a 2004 Welsh cross medium (13.2h) pony. "Scotty" as he is known around the barn was an impulse buy in fall 2010. He was a very scared, very cute fellow that a friend had picked up and had for sale. His first years at Springstone involved sporadic training and a lot of chasing him in the paddock to catch him. In the spring of 2012, Grace Aslan Baran, Heather's sister, decided to focus on Scotty as a project. Scotty has always demonstrated tons of talent over fences. Grace's affection and care coupled with a short lease to a young girl in the Fall of 2012, have turned Scotty into a kid-loving, attention-craving, jumping machine. He returned to Springstone in November 2012 to continue his training. Now Scotty is the first to horse at the gate every morning, and has earned a consistent spot as the first ride of the day.
